Counseling Services

Our clinicians provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, burnout, and many other mental health concerns.

Your clinician will recommend a schedule based on your treatment goals and clinical needs.

Most individual therapy sessions are approximately 53–60 minutes.
Assessments

We provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including ADHD evaluations, Autism evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and other clinical assessments.

Not always. Some assessments can be scheduled directly, while others may require a referral depending on your insurance or specific circumstances.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured mental health treatment for individuals who need more support than traditional weekly therapy while continuing to live at home.
Medication Management

Medication management services are coming soon. We are expanding our team to include psychiatric providers.

Yes. We offer clinical supervision for LMSWs and LPC Associates focused on ethical practice, professional development, and clinical growth.
