"Alayna Sipple is a psychotherapist and social worker with nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health and human services, providing therapeutic services since 2019. Licensed in Texas and Washington, she works with adolescents and adults navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development.

Throughout her career, Alayna has served individuals and families across a wide range of settings, including schools, hospitals, community nonprofits, outpatient behavioral health programs, crisis services, and emergency mental health response systems. Her experience includes providing therapy in high-acuity environments, serving as a crisis therapist in behavioral health urgent care, and leading clinical teams within a 911 diversion and 988 crisis response program.

Drawing from Narrative Therapy and strengths-based approaches, Alayna helps clients identify and challenge the stories shaped by trauma, loss, and adversity that often influence how they view themselves and their future. She believes healing involves not only understanding what has happened, but also developing practical tools, healthier perspectives, and greater confidence in one's ability to move forward.

Alayna is passionate about helping clients build lasting skills they can carry beyond the therapy room. Her goal is to foster resilience, self-trust, and meaningful change while creating a therapeutic relationship that empowers individuals to become active participants in their own healing and growth.

Alayna is licensed in Texas and Washington and practices under clinical supervision while pursuing advanced clinical licensure."
